利用規約

本利用規約(以下「本規約」)は、個人開発者 mizuki(以下「開発者」)が提供するモバイルアプリ「おトリ捜査」(以下「本アプリ」)の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本アプリを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. 本アプリについて

本アプリは、AIが生成する「おとり」の回答を見破る、または人間がAIに紛れて潜入するパーティゲームです。本アプリの一部機能は、AI(Anthropic 社の Claude)による文章生成を利用します。

2. 課金とアイテム

• 本アプリには、買い切り型の「AIチケット」と、月額制の「捜査官パス」(自動更新サブスクリプション)があります。
• チケットは消耗型アイテムであり、購入後の払い戻しは原則できません(法令で認められる場合を除く)。
• 価格はアプリ内およびストアの表示に従います。

3. 自動更新サブスクリプション(捜査官パス)

• 「捜査官パス」は月額の自動更新サブスクリプションです。
• 現在の期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、同額で自動的に更新されます。
• 料金は購入時に Apple ID または Google アカウントに請求され、更新時にも同様に請求されます。
• 解約・管理は、iOSでは「設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプション」、Androidでは「Google Play > お支払いと定期購入」からいつでも行えます。
• 解約しても、すでに支払った期間の終了までは引き続き利用できます。期間途中の解約による日割り返金はありません。

4. 禁止事項

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
• 本アプリのサーバーやAI処理に過度な負荷をかける行為、不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング等
• 他の利用者に対する迷惑行為、誹謗中傷、ハラスメント(ニックネームや回答入力を含む)
• 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為

5. AI生成コンテンツについて

本アプリ内でAIが生成する文章は、その正確性・適切性・有用性を保証するものではありません。生成内容はエンターテインメントを目的としたものであり、開発者はその内容について責任を負いません。

6. 知的財産権

本アプリおよびそれに付随するプログラム・デザイン・テキスト等に関する知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。

7. 免責事項

• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、特定目的への適合性等について保証しません。
• 通信環境、AI処理サーバー、各種外部サービスの状況により、機能が一時的に利用できない場合があります。
• 本アプリの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、開発者は法令で認められる範囲で責任を負いません。

8. 本規約の変更

開発者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the mobile app "Otori Sousa" (the "App") provided by the individual developer "mizuki" (the "Developer"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. About the App

The App is a party game in which you try to spot AI-generated "decoy" answers, or, as a human, blend in among AIs. Some features use text generation by an AI (Anthropic's Claude).

2. Purchases and Items

• The App offers one-time "AI Tickets" and a monthly "Investigator Pass" (auto-renewing subscription).
• Tickets are consumable items and are generally non-refundable after purchase (except where required by law).
• Prices follow what is shown in the App and the store.

3. Auto-Renewing Subscription (Investigator Pass)

• The "Investigator Pass" is a monthly auto-renewing subscription.
• It renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at purchase and again upon each renewal.
• You can manage or cancel anytime: on iOS via Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; on Android via Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.
• If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. There are no pro-rated refunds for mid-period cancellation.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

• Engage in conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
• Place excessive load on the App's servers or AI processing, gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer, etc.
• Harass, defame, or cause nuisance to other users (including via nicknames or answer input)
• Interfere with the operation of the App

5. AI-Generated Content

Text generated by AI within the App is not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, or useful. Generated content is intended for entertainment, and the Developer is not responsible for its content.

6. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights in the App and its accompanying programs, design, and text belong to the Developer or the rightful owners.

7. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
• Features may be temporarily unavailable depending on network conditions, the AI processing server, or external services.
• To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

The Developer may update these Terms as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
