本プライバシーポリシーは、個人開発者 mizuki(以下「開発者」)が提供するモバイルアプリ「おトリ捜査」(以下「本アプリ」)における、利用者の情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

1. 取得する情報

本アプリは、利用者の氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレスなどの個人を直接特定する情報を収集しません。本アプリが取り扱う情報は以下のとおりです。

• ニックネーム:「オンライン捜査」モードで他のプレイヤーに表示するための任意の表示名(最大10文字)。本名である必要はありません。対戦ルームのデータとして一時的に保存され、ルーム終了後または一定時間(約24時間)で自動的に削除されます。
• 匿名認証ID:オンライン対戦の同期のため、Firebase Authentication の匿名認証によりランダムなIDを発行します。個人を特定する情報とは紐づきません。
• ゲーム内で入力した回答・お題・投票:ゲーム進行のため、対戦ルームのデータとして一時的に保存され、またAI生成のためにAI処理サーバーへ送信されます(下記3項)。
• 広告関連情報:広告配信のため、広告配信事業者(Google AdMob)が広告識別子・端末情報・利用状況などを取得する場合があります(下記4項)。

2. 利用目的

• 本アプリの機能(オンライン対戦の同期、AIによるお題・回答・判定の生成)を提供するため
• 広告を表示し、サービスを無料で提供するため
• 不正利用の防止およびサービスの安定運用のため

3. AI処理サーバーへの送信について

本アプリのAI生成機能は、開発者が運用する中継サーバー(Cloudflare Workers)を経由し、Anthropic 社の Claude API へゲーム用テキスト(お題・回答など)を送信して生成結果を取得します。送信されるのはゲーム進行に必要なテキストのみであり、氏名等の個人を特定する情報は含まれません。Anthropic 社におけるデータの取り扱いは、同社のポリシーに従います。

4. 広告について(Google AdMob)

本アプリは、無料での提供のため Google AdMob による広告を表示します。AdMob は広告の配信・最適化のために、広告識別子(IDFA等)、端末情報、おおよその位置情報、広告の利用状況などを取得・利用する場合があります。詳細および Google におけるデータ利用については、以下をご確認ください。

iOS では、アプリ起動時に「トラッキングの許可」(App Tracking Transparency)を確認します。許可しない場合でも本アプリはご利用いただけます(広告が非パーソナライズになります)。

5. 課金情報について

アプリ内課金(チケット・サブスクリプション)の決済は、Apple(App Store)または Google(Google Play)が処理します。クレジットカード番号などの決済情報が開発者に渡ることはありません。

6. 第三者提供

開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者に販売・提供しません。上記のサービス提供事業者(Google、Apple、Cloudflare、Anthropic)への送信は、本アプリの機能提供に必要な範囲に限られます。

7. データの保持期間

オンライン対戦ルームのデータ(ニックネーム・回答等)は、ゲーム終了後または一定時間で削除されます。端末内の設定・戦績などは利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、アプリの削除により消去されます。

8. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を主たる対象とするものではありません。お子様が利用する場合は、保護者の方の責任のもとでご利用ください。

9. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

This Privacy Policy explains how the individual developer "mizuki" (the "Developer") handles user information in the mobile app "Otori Sousa" (the "App").

1. Information We Handle

The App does not collect information that directly identifies you, such as your real name, address, phone number, or email address. The App handles the following information:

• Nickname: An optional display name (up to 10 characters) shown to other players in the "Online Investigation" mode. It does not need to be your real name. It is stored temporarily as part of the game-room data and is automatically deleted after the room ends or after a set period (about 24 hours).
• Anonymous authentication ID: A random ID issued via Firebase Authentication (anonymous sign-in) to synchronize online play. It is not linked to any personally identifying information.
• Answers, prompts, and votes entered during play: Stored temporarily as game-room data and sent to an AI processing server for AI generation (see Section 3).
• Advertising information: Our advertising provider (Google AdMob) may collect advertising identifiers, device information, and usage data for ad delivery (see Section 4).

2. Purpose of Use

• To provide the App's features (online play synchronization; AI generation of prompts, answers, and verdicts)
• To display ads so the App can be offered for free
• To prevent abuse and maintain stable operation

3. Transmission to the AI Processing Server

The App's AI features send game text (such as prompts and answers) through a relay server operated by the Developer (Cloudflare Workers) to Anthropic's Claude API to obtain generated results. Only the text needed for gameplay is sent; no personally identifying information is included. Anthropic's handling of data is governed by its own policies.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

To offer the App for free, we display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers (such as IDFA), device information, approximate location, and ad usage data to deliver and optimize ads. For details, please see:

On iOS, the App asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) at launch. You can still use the App if you decline (ads become non-personalized).

5. Purchases

In-app purchases (tickets and subscriptions) are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Payment details such as credit card numbers are never shared with the Developer.

6. No Sale to Third Parties

Except as required by law, the Developer does not sell or provide collected information to third parties. Transmission to the service providers above (Google, Apple, Cloudflare, Anthropic) is limited to what is necessary to provide the App's features.

7. Data Retention

Online game-room data (nicknames, answers, etc.) is deleted after the game ends or after a set period. In-app settings and match history are stored only on your device and are erased when you delete the App.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not primarily directed at a specific age group. If a child uses the App, please ensure it is used under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
